"Coast" is currently experiencing a high server load and as a result sites hosted on this server may take longer to load than normal. We are investigating this issue and will update this page in due course.

The server "Coast" has been restarted and some traffic has been diverted to an alternative server. Server load has now returned to normal.
Thursday 11th March 2010 - 16:25
Planned work is currently underway to upgrade Apache and PHP services on the server "Coast". The work is expected to have minimal impact on client's websites however it is possible that some issues may occur. Please contact us

Upgrade work is now complete and we aren't aware of any issues as a result of this work. Please contact us as a matter of urgency if you are experiencing difficulties.

The Baxter Media offices are currently without a connection to the internet due to technical difficulties with our ISP/local exchange. Our telephone services require an internet connection and at the moment all calls will be greeted with the voicemail service. We have logged the issue with the relevant people and hope to be back online shortly. Please Note:This issue does NOT affect websites hosted on any of our servers as they are located in a secure datacentre at a different location.

Unfortunately connectivity has still not been restored. We have again contacted our supplier and escalated the issue. We will update this page when we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience these problems may cause you.

As of this morning connectivity has been restored and telephony services are back to normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the past couple of days and we will be working with our provider to ensure the future stability of the connection.

We're aware of an issue with incomming calls been sent straight to the voicemail service. We have contacted our telephony service provider and will update this page when information is available. Please note that we can be contacted on Skype (baxter.media) or via email (info@baxtermedia.co.uk).

The issue with incomming calls has now been resolved. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this outage.

Some email account holders who use Google's mail servers may be experiencing difficulties with Webmail, POP3 and IMAP access. We are aware of the issue, however the issue is down to Google who have been notified of the problems.
Update - Wednesday 24th September 2009 - 16:07
Access to webmail appears to have been restored, though is running slower than normal. IMAP access appears to be intermittent.

This issue has now been resolved by Google engineers.

A small number of users are experiencing problems with database connections when logging into the Baxter Media CMS and Wordpress. We are looking into this and will update as soon as possible.
